Hello ladies and gents, how are you today?
Oh me? I’m okay. I made it to the gym this morning. It feels like I basically cured cancer. Now my lower back hurts, which is something that happens to me on a regular basis. I have degenerative disc issues in my lower back and I seriously messed it up slipping on some ice four years ago. It’s like this awesome little reminder of my past. It always hurts right above my right butt cheek. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to rid myself of this pain? I stretch relatively regularly (I should more) and I’ve started using a foam roller at the gym, but it’s just so tweaky. I’m really just being a big whiner which I’m not too keen about, so moving on.
I’m feeling super uninspired today and I’m kind of in a “meh” mood. Nothing is really wrong, I’m just all a fretting about cleaning and working before I fly out in ONE DAY. Did I mention that? I know. Yes, I’m one of those people who clean everything before I leave on vacation. It lessens my anxiety when I return and I have a suitcase full of chaos to sort through and I’m tired.
Usually when I’m in a meh mood, I look at pictures of cute animals. Do you want to do that with me? Okay, let’s do it.

So yeah, I don’t feel so meh anymore. I do have a lot of work to get done, but I’m enthused. Hope you all enjoyed the cute animals and felt a little less “meh” yourselves. See you tomorrow!
